Learn the ancient Ninja healing
technique.
The
healing process in it's nature
is when the body is repairing
itself. Basically, any medical
treatment is just the
facilitator to the healing. Of
course, medications and medical
treatment in many cases can
improve greatly. In some cases
the medical treatment is
necessary. If the bone is
broken, it needs to be fixed and
limb immobilized. But even when
the medical treatment is
finished, the healing of the
bone is done by the natural
healing power of the human body.
Therefore,
the mental attitude toward
healing is very important. The
healing can be greatly improved
if the individual is mentally
tuned for healing. Optimist will
heal much faster than the person
who is pessimist. There are some
people who always feel ill,
without any justified physical
reason. The problem lies in the
mental attitude of the person.
They are usually called
hypochondriac.
The
other end of the scale would be
the person who truly believes in
recovery to full health. The far
extreme toward full health is
the person who consciously
trains the mind and body toward
health. Positive suggestions
like "I am feeling
healthy" or "my
illness is disappearing from
this moment to the next"
can help. Subliminal messages or
hypnoses can improve healing and
help to removal of potential
disablers to full recovery and
health.

There
is the legend that ancient ninja
warriors had developed
self-healing meditation that
used to help them to recover
from wounds or illness. Ninja
warriors were undertaking
usually dangerous assignments,
during which they were exposed
to the risk of injury. If
injured, the ninja would first
escape from pursues and hide to
the safe place. Once hidden,
they would perform a healing
meditation that helped them to
recover from wounds or injuries.
So, what is the healing
meditation and haw it is
performed?
Begin
the meditation with relaxation.
Lie down, relax and breathe
slowly. Calm down the mind and
bring it down to the alpha
state. Alpha brainwave state is
the level of consciousness where
there is no thoughts and words.
The healing meditation should be
done through visualization.
Breathing cycle should be done
in four stages; inhale 5
seconds, hold breath 5 for
seconds, exhale 5 seconds and
finally stay with no air in
lungs for 5 seconds. There is no
need for any strain during
inhaling, exhaling, holding
breath, just proceed with each
stage of breathing to feel
comfortable.

During
inhale phase visualize white
field of energy garnering
around the ill organ or part
of the body.

Holding
breath – continue
visualization, with no
thoughts. Only pictures are
allowed.

Start
exhale – white field of
energy is penetrating to the
ill place and perform
healing. The light is
intensified.

Hold
breath – continue
visualization, then release
the release the white
energy.
Continue
healing meditation cycling for
10-20 minutes. Remember to stay
in the alpha level and to
conduct healing meditation only
through visualization. After
finishing white energy
treatment, continue to breath
spontaneously for a few moments.
Then visualize the ill place to
be perfectly healthy and strong.
Imagine it in light green
glowing color. Finish healing
meditation when you feel
comfortable.

healing meditation is a great
way of involving of our mind in
healing the body. The healing
mediation will reinforce the
healing process. Remember, any
medical treatment, medication,
support and advice from outside
is the facilitator. The healing
comes from the synergy of the
mind and body.
