how to meditate the Mind Power
Meditation. Strengthen your
conscious will and the power of
your mind.
The
Mind Power Meditation is
the mind game. This meditation
will require you to focus on
your conscious will. The goal
will be to isolate the will from
the though and action. Usually
we are not conscious about our
will to do something, since we
simply do it. Therefore
we do not usually develop the
power of our mind. If you are
thirsty you just take the glass
of water and drink, without
knowing how actually you managed
to move your muscles in order to
perform the movement.
In
order to start with mind power
meditation, sit at the table
with only one object on top of
it, for example the book. Place
your hands at the table, near to
the object and observe it. Now
decide to move your arms and
lift the object, but instead of
lifting it do not do anything.
Do absolutely nothing. Do not
even move a single muscle. Try
to mentally approach to the
moving your arms in the
direction of the object, but do
not move them. Consciously use
your mind power to lift the
object, but stay still. Remember
that the focus of the mind power
meditation is not the object on
the table. The object is only
aid to the meditation. The real
object of this meditation is
your will and developing of your
mind power.
Probably
you will feel strange at the
beginning of the mind power
meditation. This is normal since
you usually do not pay attention
about how you do some physical
motions you just do it. You only
need to focus on your conscious
will and the power of your mind.
Finally, you do not even need
the desk and the object on the
top of it. You can exercise mind
power meditation anywhere, in
any situation. Just stay still
and visualize the movements, but
do not move at all. This
meditation will help you to
develop your mind's power and
conscious will, as well as the
link between though about doing
something and your actual
movements of muscles in order to
do it. Probably it will help you
to co-ordinate your moves,
motion and interaction with
physical surrounding. Use the
mind power meditation for active
approach to development of
conscious will.
