In

heard very often in every field of life: school,

great expectation from "stakeholders" that
this objective should be accomplished. In the situation
of pressure toward the goal, pressure of time deadlines
and pressure of limited resources, it is obvious that in
the middle of this pressuring environment there is the
area affected by these forces. The meeting point of
these forces is the focal point of stress that
influences person who is in charge for managing this.
So
how can an individual
"survive" in this
stressful environment? Is he/she
will quit job immediately upon
being exposed to stress, or go
to sick leave. Well, normally
the answer should be no. The
person should have or learn
Stress Management techniques.
Some of us absorb and manage the
stress easily, but some of us
not. Still, the Stress
Management is the skill that can
be learned. So,

Controlling Your Body's Fire
Posted: Aug 2008
In
a way, we can say that we are
burning. Yes that is true, no
matter how it sounds strange.
The truth is that our body is
slowly burning whole of our
life. For example, look at the
fire. You see that the fire is
coming from ignited fuel. In
fact, the fire is relieving the
energy captured within the fuel.
During the burning process the
Carbon ( C ) is joining with
Oxygen ( O2 ) into the
carbon-dioxide ( CO2 ).
Now,
look back at your body and
compare it with fire. What
happens? The same thing as with
fire – you are burning! All of
your life you are taking O2
through your lungs, burn the C
through metabolic process and
exhale CO2. The only difference
with the real fire is that our
burning process is much slower. Read

Effective Time Management

Why
do we need to manage a Time? Although term Time might
sound like
something
that is unlimited and free, since everybody can have it,
whether someone is rich or poor, young or old, and
having different occupation. But in reality, time is
resource as anything else. We have some time granted to
do a specific task in our life. We have a specific time
watch a movie, to finish the school, complete a task in
our jobs, we have a biological time to have offspring
and finally we have a time to live our life.

Kapalabhati:
Shining Skull
Literally
translated from the Sanskrit
language this pranayama means
"Shining Skull", which
refers to the feeling that
occurs during the performance of
this exercise. Kapalabhati is
the exercising of the diaphragm
that we us to pump the breath in
order to achieve the clearness
of our mind and brighter feeling
about the world around us. If
you feel slow and lazy, this
exercise can help you to
energize yourself. Also, this
exercise is strengthening
diaphragm, heart and your
abdominal muscles. It will
release you from the blockages
