You can apply the visualization of the energy next time when you exercise three part breathing, or any other method of controlled breathing ( pranayama ).
When you exercise breathing, imagine the bright light fluid that enters your nasal channels, throat, bronchi and lungs. Imagine as your airways are filled gradually with this bright light fluid that fills you with pleasant energy that strengthens you. When you start with controlled exhale direct this bright light energy from the lungs into your body.
While you exhale, imagine that energy is spreading through your body. While the energy is spreading around the body you are feeling energized. Also, visualize that any pain or illness is being washed away by this life force energy. Visualize as if the tiredness and illness is running away from you as the bright light energy is filling your body. Exercise visualization energizing once per day, preferably when you awake.
This exercise will bring you the good results shortly after you start to apply it. All negative vibrations can be stopped with this exercise. It will give you help if you are suffering from depression, neurosis, insomnia or anxiety. With discipline and regular exercise you can alleviate and cure other illnesses too.
