Why
the illness appear? How can visualization
help the absorption of life
force energy?
We
learned that Life
Force Energy is is
responsible for good health and
for the balance of functions of
the body. The absorption of the
life force energy ( prana, ki,
chi, orgone ) is done in many
different way, but breathing is
the main source of life force
energy. Improper and superficial
breathing is draining the energy
and health. After a certain
period of low absorption of
energy, the illness may appear.
The
three-part breathing previously
explained how the body and mind
could be supplied with balanced
amount of life force energy.
Further more, this absorption
can be increased if we apply
visualization of life force
energy ( prana, ki, chi, orgone
). You can apply the
visualization of the energy next
time when you exercise three
part breathing, or any other
method of controlled breathing (
pranayama ).
When
you exercise breathing, imagine
the bright light fluid that
enters your nasal channels,
throat, bronchi and lungs.
Imagine as your airways are
filled gradually with this
bright light fluid that fills
you with pleasant energy that
strengthens you. When you start
with controlled exhale direct
this bright light energy from
the lungs into your body. While
you exhale, imagine that energy
is spreading through your body.
While the energy is spreading
around the body you are feeling
energized. Also, visualize that
any pain or illness is being
washed away by this life force
energy. Visualize as if the
tiredness and illness is running
away from you as the bright
light energy is filling your
body. Exercise visualization
energizing once per day,
preferably when you awake.
This
exercise will bring you the good
results shortly after you start
to apply it. All negative
vibrations can be stopped with
this exercise. It will give you
help if you are suffering from
depression, neurosis, insomnia
or anxiety. With discipline and
regular exercise you can
alleviate and cure other
illnesses too.
Today
we live too fast and we are
bombarded with negative
influence from all around us. We
have many worries. We have many
restrictions and obligations.
Too much is expected from us. It
is very easy to loose balance in
such environment. We need to
recharge and to power up. We
need to bring the energy back
into the balance. Exercise
breathing techniques ( pranayama
) regularly in order to maintain
your energy and health. While
you exercise pranayama visualize
the energy that enters your
body. Visualize the energy that
recharge and cleanse you. Do not
lose the balance, since you have
a chance to awake the life force
energy.
